
Ingredients

– 4 overripe banana
– 2 eggs
– 60ml milk
– 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
– 450g self raising flour
– 60g brown sugar
– 1 tea spoon dried yeast
– 1 tea spoon baking soda
– 1 tea spoon butter
Preparation
In a bowl, whisk the eggs.
Add sugar until it’s melted.
Add milk and whisk very well.
Add oil and whisk until all blended.
Add dried yeast and baking soda, whisk again and you get mixture 1.
Peal the bananas and mash them in another bowl.
Add the flour slowly into de mashed bananas, mix very well and you get mixture 2.
Pour the mixture 1 into the the mixture 2 and whisk very well until all blended and smooth.
Put a baking paper in a baking tray and coat it with butter and pour in a fine flour.
Then pour the batter in the baking tray and shake the baking tray a bit to make sure that the batter is evenly spread.

Cooking
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170°c for 35-40mn.
Serving suggestion
Let the cake to cool down.
Cut your desired slice put in a plate and add one scoop of M&S Madagascan Vanilla Ice Cream.
